We visit Rye, with it’s quaint cobbled streets and Hastings, famous for its association with the Battle of Hastings 1066. Includes a day out in Worthing, which is another charming seaside town.

The Haddon Hall Hotel where we have returned year after year is located on the seafront at the end of Devonshire Place which links the tree lined avenue to the main promenade to the town centre. The Victorian Pier is just a short stroll along the promenade.

Eastbourne remains a favourite destination of ours, with plenty to see and do. Enjoy the parks, gardens, museums, and galleries. Visit the seafront with its clean seas and sweeping beaches or simply relax and take in the scenery.
