We base our tour in Ballina, the largest town in Co. Mayo, on the banks of the River Moy. From here, explore the rugged landscape of the Wild Atlantic Way, the Wild Nephin National Park and the county’s rich historical heritage dating from prehistoric times to the present.
DAY 1: We head for our overnight stay at Clayton Hotel Leopardstown.
DAY 2: Guided Tour of Strokestown Park House and Famine Museum
DAY 3: Visit at Ballycroy Visitors Centre
DAY 4: Admission to The Ceide Fields Visitor Centre, Ballycastle.
DAY 5: Introductory Talk at Foxford Woollen Mill, Foxford and National Museum of Ireland - Country Life,
DAY 6: We head back to the Clayton Hotel Leopardstown for our last night before heading home.
DAY 7: We head for home.
